HIP is a program that can help low income families with any housing needs which includes fixing up houses, building new ones, or helping with the purchase of one. Applications are available in the social services office as well as the admin office. We accept applications all year long and send off the list to BIA at the end of the year. If you have already applied and did not receive funding for your home for one year, you must update your application every year to still be eligible.
